He's very pretty. See? See how pretty he is? He's very pretty. I'd like to run my fingers through his hair, and I'm just a voice. Anyway, without further ado, enjoy your crappy anime cartoon.

OR - you can come up with your own comic ideas and pitch them to us. Would you be interested? Thanks!

Thanks for following up with us. As luck would have it, we just got out of an editor meeting so we have now made a couple of editorial decisions for the next couple of issues. The theme for the Winter 2009 issue is "Time: The 4th Dimension". We are envisioning the magazine to be literally a progression of time - starting from prehistoric to future. If you have any ideas, please let us know. Otherwise, we'll see if we come up with any ideas that call for your style of drawing.
Ideas are due no later than July 15th, 2009. To pitch an idea, email art@jjexpressmagazine.org the following
(1) Title
(2) Cast of characters (sketches and bios)
(3) Number of pages
(4) Brief story/plot line
Looking forward to seeing what you come up with. (The next couple of themes include country/city, gross things, and superheros.) Have fun!
